As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw your order without giving reasons, within the legally established period of 14 days after receipt of the product. This applies to all products that you have ordered via our website, unless an exception applies.
1. Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receipt of the product. This can be done by:

2. Consequences of withdrawal
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund you the full amount of the order, including shipping costs (if applicable), within 14 days of receipt of your notification of withdrawal. We will refund the amount via the same payment method that you used for the purchase, unless you have explicitly indicated a different
refund method. The costs of returning the product are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a refund, the product must:
- Be in the same condition as you received it,
- Not be used or damaged,
- Be in the original packaging, if possible.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct an amount if the product is not returned in its original condition.
4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
- Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, such as opened or used food supplements.
- Products that are clearly custom-made or personalized.
- Sealed products that cannot be returned after delivery for health or hygienic reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
