Usage: Take Shilajit as tea or add it to your smoothies, shakes, or hot drinks for a daily boost. Use 1-3 scoops (0.2 – 0.6gr) and dissolve completely in smoothies, shakes, or hot beverages, with a temperature up to 39 degrees Celsius.
