Usage:
Take 1–2 capsules per day for optimal effect.

Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Consult your doctor if you are using Reishi for health reasons or if you are pregnant. Reishi is a dietary supplement and should be used alongside a healthy diet.

Dosage: 1–3 capsules per day
Always start low (1 capsule = 500 mg extract) and build up.
